The position entails a minimum of 38 hour week including some weekends. The successful applicant should be experienced in all areas including product knowledge, merchandising, rostering and purchasing and must be able to supervise, train and direct a good young team. A thorough understanding of HACCP and all areas of Food Safety is required in order to Manage our hot and cold food display. |
